My approach is holistic and integrated. It it shaped by my education and experience as Mental Health Therapist, Coach and Spiritual Director as well as by my life experiences in general. This rich and varied background allows me to listen closely to each client and address their expressed concerns from a variety of perspectives, depending on what seems most helpful at the time.
